Let.IT.Flow
May the flow be with you
Understanding problems is the path to the bright side. Problems lead to ideas, ideas lead to solutions, solutions lead to workflows. High5 gives the power to control them.
Organize.Work.Flow
The space to be
In High5 and all other apps on the helmut.cloud platform, everything is structured within “spaces.” A space can serve as a storage area or function as the foundation for a team or group of users.
Spaces
Each space in High5 functions as an independent unit for managing events, workflows, and secrets separately. Additionally, access rights can be tailored for dedicated users within each space.
Dashboard
High5’s dashboard is a comprehensive hub displaying running workflows across all spaces. At a glance, users can view workflow names, statuses, essential information, and their respective space affiliations.
Agents
On the primary page, every agent linked to the organization and designated as a target is showcased globally. Users can easily observe the agent name, status, IP address, as well as memory and CPU usage for efficient monitoring.
Craft.Work.Flow
Once in a century event!
In our view, every event, regardless of its scale, has the potential to drive a workflow within a well-functioning production chain. Moreover, the outcome of one workflow can serve as a trigger for subsequent workflows. To prevent unchecked cascades akin to a butterfly effect, High5 systematically organizes everything around events.
Create Event
Events serve as customizable trigger points within any space. Each event has the capability to initiate one or multiple workflows. Users have the flexibility to duplicate, rename, edit, activate, and deactivate events according to their needs.
Attach Stream
Streams represent the operational workflows and are activated through events. They can be activated or deactivated instantly, transferred between events, and modified as needed.
Design your flow
Workflows, known as streams, are crafted, overseen, and published using the Streamdesigner Studio. This intuitive tool presents a node-based perspective, empowering users to create robust workflows regardless of their skill level. Whether it’s no code, low code, or coding, Streamdesigner Studio has it all covered.
The Streamdesigner Studio represents a significant evolution from the Helmut4 Streamdesigner, boasting an exceptionally robust feature set. Beyond mere enhancement, we’ve incorporated customer feedback to ensure the best workflow designer with unparalleled usability.
Streamdesigner Studio Highlights
Personalize.Work.Flow
Unleash Your Creative Power – with Custom Nodes
Use custom code to create unique nodes in Streamdesigner Studio that can be used in any workflow within the same organization in helmut.cloud.
Helmut.cloud’s Streamdesigner Studio lets you create custom nodes using TypeScript. Name your node, set inputs and outputs, and add connectors like external dashboards. Catalog your custom nodes and include personalized release notes for easy reference.
Trigger.Work.Flow
That triggers something
Events and, consequently, workflows can be initiated through various methods. To ensure there’s an appropriate trigger for every scenario and environment, we have not only integrated the latest technologies into High5 but also included all those we deem essential.
Webhooks
We’re proud of our webhook implementation—it allows for addressing individual or all events in a space equally. It’s a modern and efficient method for networking applications, with safety as a top priority. Webhooks can be signed via HMAC and validated and authorized with a pre-shared key.
API
The helmut.cloud REST API enables you to establish connections, trigger events, and execute actions programmatically. What’s great is that every newly created event can be executed instantly.
SDK
If you are a developer and if you believe that helmut.cloud is the ideal workflow solution for your software, integrating it is straightforward. Simply implement our SDK, available in TypeScript, Python, Go, and Java, to seamlessly incorporate helmut.cloud into your projects.
